Lindsey-Cooper Refrigeration School (SO189) and programs are approved through the state of Texas TWC Career Schools and Colleges. The TWC requires the complaint/grievance procedure be posted on all school wedsites. The procedure outlined in our catalog is as follows. In the event a student has a grievance against the school, he/she shall lodge a complaint in writing to the director of the school. The student shall then discuss the grievance with the director in an attempt to resolve the dispute. If the dispute cannot be resolve between the student and the school, the student may contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for arbitration or you may contact the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges, http://www.twc.state.tx.us.
